This Privacy Policy explains how BuyWithAI, LLC ("BuyWithAI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information about you when you use our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect information you provide directly, including account information (email address, password encrypted), vehicle deal data (car preferences, target prices, dealer info), communication data (message templates, negotiation history), and marketing preferences.
We also collect information automatically, including usage analytics (feature usage, app performance metrics), device and browser information, IP address, and activity logs.
Your information is used to: provide personalized assistance and AI-powered negotiation insights; improve AI recommendations based on anonymized usage patterns; manage your account and authenticate access; send service updates and deal alerts (if opted in); ensure security and protect against fraud and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations; and analyze and improve our Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your deal details with dealers without your explicit action in using the Services.
We may share information with: service providers who assist us in operating the Services (such as AI providers, cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processors), subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations; law enforcement or other governmental authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BuyWithAI, our users, or others; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, secure authentication using cryptographically signed tokens, password hashing, regular security monitoring, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your information, subject to certain exceptions; opt out of marketing communications; and request a portable copy of your data.

California, Texas, and Other State Residents: If you are a resident of California, Texas, or another state with applicable privacy rights laws, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, Texas TDPSA, or other applicable state privacy law. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain security. Account data is retained until account deletion is requested. Deal history and usage records may be retained for up to 3 years after last activity or account deletion for legal compliance, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
The Services integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including OpenAI (for AI-powered features), vehicle data providers (for pricing and market information), Stripe (for payment processing), Twilio (for SMS messaging), and email delivery services. Use of such features is subject to those providers' privacy practices. We may change providers without notice.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new effective date and may provide additional notice. Where required by applicable law, we will seek your affirmative acceptance of material changes.
